Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta (March 28 1986). Pop singer. Lady Gaga. She was born in Manhattan, New York in the United States. Her mother was Cynthia Louise Bissett vice president of mobile company Verizon. Joseph Anthony Germanotta Jr. was director of the company which runs an online networking system. Her family was located in the exclusive Upper East Side of Manhattan within a Catholic family. To avoid being a victim of the system, her parents were enrolled at the Convent of the Sacred Heart a prestigious and religious school. Since she was young, she has been a music lover. She began to play piano from a young age and wrote her first solo song when she was thirteen. She was a part of open-mic night. Her most favored artists included David Bowie, Madonna and Queen Michael Jackson. She was a student at the Tisch School of Art of New York University after completing her high school education. Although she was not able to finish her studies she abandoned the school to begin her music career.
